Invoice Notes & Tailor Remarks
This Invoice has been issued by Singapore Singapore Tailor & Bespoke Atelier in accordance with the Singapore Singapore Inland Revenue Authority (IRAS) guidelines for GST-registered businesses. All tailoring services listed above were performed by our in-house Master Tailor team at our central workshop in Singapore Singapore.
Please note that the bespoke garments referenced in this Invoice require a minimum of 14 working days for completion. The final fitting appointment has been scheduled for 26 June 2025 at our Singapore Singapore showroom. Kindly bring all garments for the final adjustment session.
All fabrics sourced for this order are certified and traceable. The Singapore Singapore Tailor atelier guarantees a 12-month workmanship warranty on all bespoke constructions. Any minor alterations within the first 30 days of delivery are complimentary.
Payment for this Invoice may be made via bank transfer to DBS Bank (Account: 012-345-678), PayNow, or corporate cheque payable to "Singapore Singapore Tailor & Bespoke Atelier Pte Ltd". Please reference Invoice number SST-2025-04871 on all payments.
Terms & Conditions – Singapore Singapore Tailor Invoice Policy
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Overdue amounts will incur a late payment fee of 2% per month as per Singapore Singapore commercial practice.
2. All bespoke tailoring work is non-refundable once the cutting process has commenced. Cancellations prior to cutting are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
3. The Singapore Singapore Tailor atelier reserves the right to substitute fabrics of equivalent quality in the event of supply chain disruptions, with prior written consent from the client.
4. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the Singapore Singapore Sale of Goods Act. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Singapore Singapore courts.
