All tailoring work referenced in this Invoice was completed at our workshop in Cape Town, South Africa, and all garments are covered by a 90-day workmanship guarantee.
Terms and Conditions – Tailor Services, Cape Town, South Africa
1. All prices quoted on this Invoice are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
2. The Tailor reserves the right to make minor adjustments to fabric selection if the specified material is unavailable, provided the client is notified in writing within 48 hours of the order placement.
3. All bespoke tailoring work is non-refundable once the cutting of fabric has commenced. Alterations within the 90-day guarantee period are provided free of charge at our Cape Town, South Africa workshop.
4. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Stellenbosch & Sea Tailor (Pty) Ltd and the client. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of the Cape Town High Court.
5. The client acknowledges that all measurements were taken and verified at our South Africa Cape Town premises. The Tailor is not liable for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the client outside of our fitting sessions.
6. Intellectual property of all custom patterns, designs, and measurements created during the tailoring process remains the property of the Tailor and may not be reproduced without written consent.
