Notes & Terms
1. This invoice is issued by Seoul Bespoke Tailor Atelier, a licensed tailoring establishment registered in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea. All tailoring services described herein were performed by Master Tailor Kim Soo-Jin and the atelier's senior seamstress team.
2. All bespoke garments are crafted to the client's exact measurements taken during the initial consultation at our Seoul atelier. A minimum of two fitting sessions are included in the price of each bespoke item. Additional fittings, if required, will be billed separately at 30,000 KRW per session.
3. The express rush service (Item 7) reduces the standard 14-business-day production window to 48 hours. Please note that rush orders are subject to the atelier's daily capacity and are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit prior to commencement of work.
4. All garments carry a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of final delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, lining separation, and button attachment failures. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, alterations by a third-party tailor, or normal wear and tear.
5. Fabric and material costs are included in the unit prices listed above. Should the client request a substitution of fabric after cutting has commenced, an additional 15% surcharge on the affected item will apply.
6. This invoice is valid for 60 days from the issue date. After this period, the quoted prices may be subject to revision based on current fabric market rates in South Korea.
7. For any disputes regarding the quality or accuracy of the tailoring work described in this invoice, the client is encouraged to contact the atelier directly within 14 days of garment collection. The Master Tailor will personally review the garment and propose a resolution.
8. All prices are denominated in Korean Won (KRW). This invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
