Invoice Notes & Tailor Remarks
This Invoice has been prepared by Atelier Sastre Barcelona, a registered bespoke Tailor workshop located in the heart of Spain Barcelona. All garments are constructed entirely by hand using traditional Tailor techniques passed down through three generations of our family in the Eixample district.
The client is advised that a 50% deposit (€ 1,013.38) was received on 10 June 2025 via bank transfer to secure the Tailor's schedule. The remaining balance of € 1,013.37 is due upon final collection of the completed suit at our Spain Barcelona atelier.
Estimated completion date: 26 June 2025. The client will be notified by telephone and email when the garment is ready for final collection. A complimentary alteration window of 30 days is included from the date of first delivery.
Please retain this Invoice for your personal records and for any warranty claims related to the Tailor workmanship performed by our Spain Barcelona workshop.
Terms & Conditions – Tailor Services, Spain Barcelona
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Atelier Sastre Barcelona for the bespoke Tailor services described herein. All work is performed exclusively in our Spain Barcelona atelier and cannot be subcontracted.
2. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004).
3. The Tailor reserves the right to make minor adjustments to fabric selection if the specified material is unavailable, provided the client is notified in writing and no additional cost is incurred.
4. All bespoke Tailor garments carry a 12-month workmanship warranty covering stitching, button attachment, and structural integrity. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry-cleaning errors, or alterations performed by a third-party Tailor.
5. The client acknowledges that bespoke Tailor work in Spain Barcelona is a made-to-order service. Cancellation after the cutting stage will result in a 70% non-refundable charge to cover materials and labour already committed by the Tailor.
6. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain Barcelona jurisdiction.
7. The Tailor's measurements and patterns are the intellectual property of Atelier Sastre Barcelona and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.
