Notes & Payment Instructions
Payment Method: Bank transfer to IBAN: ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332 (Banco Santander, Madrid branch). Please reference Invoice No. AM-2025-00487 in the transfer description.
Delivery: All bespoke garments will be ready for collection at our atelier on Calle de Serrano, 142, Madrid, Spain, within 21 business days from the date of this invoice. The client will be notified by email and telephone upon completion of the final fitting.
Warranty: Atelier Madrid Sastre guarantees all hand-stitching and structural tailoring work for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Any defects in craftsmanship will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
Legal Notice: This invoice is issued in accordance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) regulations and the General Tax Law (Ley General Tributaria). In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Madrid, Spain shall have jurisdiction. This document constitutes a valid fiscal invoice for tax deduction purposes under Spanish law.
Client Acknowledgement: By accepting this invoice, the client confirms that all measurements, fabric selections, and design specifications were reviewed and approved during the fitting sessions conducted at our Madrid workshop. The tailor's work will proceed in strict accordance with the agreed-upon specifications.
