Notes & Terms
1. All bespoke tailoring services described in this Invoice are performed exclusively at our atelier located in Valencia, Spain. The client is required to attend a minimum of two in-person fittings at the workshop.
2. Fabric costs are included in the unit prices listed above. Should the client wish to substitute the selected fabric with an alternative of higher value, a supplementary Invoice will be issued prior to commencement of work.
3. The estimated completion date for all garments referenced in this Invoice is 25 July 2025. Delays caused by client unavailability for scheduled fittings will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
4. This Invoice constitutes a binding commercial document under Spanish civil and commercial law. In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of Valencia, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
5. Confecciones Valencia Tailor S.L. is registered with the Valencian Community (Comunidad Valenciana) Chamber of Commerce and holds a valid business licence (Licencia de Actividad) for tailoring and garment manufacturing operations.
6. Please retain this Invoice for your personal tax records. A digital copy has also been sent to the client's registered email address in compliance with the Spanish Electronic Invoicing regulations (Factura Electrónica).
