Terms & Conditions – Tailor Services, Switzerland Zurich
- This Invoice is issued by Atelier Schneider Zürich, a registered bespoke Tailor establishment operating in Switzerland Zurich, and constitutes a formal request for payment for all tailoring services rendered as itemised above.
- All bespoke garments are crafted exclusively by our in-house Master Tailor and skilled artisans. Each piece is made to the individual measurements of the client and cannot be resold or exchanged. The Tailor reserves the right to refuse alterations on garments that have been modified by a third party.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory Swiss rate of 5% per annum shall apply in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.
- All fabric selections, thread colours, and design specifications confirmed during the tailor consultation are final. Any changes requested after the cutting stage will incur an additional charge of CHF 150.00 per modification, as determined by the Tailor.
- Garments are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final fitting. This guarantee does not cover normal wear, shrinkage due to improper care, or damage caused by third-party alterations.
- Client measurements and design preferences are held in strict confidence by our Tailor and are stored in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / DSG).
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Canton of Zürich, Switzerland. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland Zurich.
