Invoice Notes & Tailor Remarks
This Invoice has been prepared by Swali Premium Tailor & Fashion House, a registered tailoring and bespoke garment enterprise operating in Tanzania Dar es Salaam since 2012. All garments listed above have been crafted by our in-house team of master tailors, pattern makers, and finishers at our workshop located in the Mwenge Industrial Area, Dar es Salaam.
All measurements were taken during the initial consultation on 20 May 2025. The client is advised that any further alterations beyond the two included fitting sessions will be charged at the standard rate of TZS 150,000 per adjustment. Fabric samples and swatches used for this order are retained at our Tanzania Dar es Salaam office for a period of ninety (90) days for reference purposes.
Payment for this Invoice may be made via bank transfer to: NMB Bank, Account Name: Swali Premium Tailor & Fashion House, Account No: 0045-2218-7734, Branch: Mwenge, Dar es Salaam. Mobile payment via M-Pesa or Tigo Pesa is also accepted at +255 712 345 678.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days as stated above. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Tanzanian commercial law.
- All tailoring work described in this Invoice is bespoke and non-returnable. Once the client has approved the final fitting, the garments are considered accepted and the Invoice becomes fully payable.
- Swali Premium Tailor & Fashion House shall not be held liable for any damage to garments caused by improper care, storage, or handling by the client after collection from our Tanzania Dar es Salaam premises.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of tailoring work, the client must raise a written complaint within seven (7) days of garment collection. Our senior tailor will inspect the garment and, if a defect is confirmed, repair it at no additional cost.
- All fabric and materials sourced for this order comply with the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) regulations for textile products. Certificates of conformity are available upon request.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Swali Premium Tailor & Fashion House and the client. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all work will be performed at our registered tailoring facility in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and that the business is fully licensed by the Dar es Salaam City Council and the Tanzania Private Regulatory Authority (TPRA).
