Invoice Terms, Conditions & Tailor Service Notes
- This invoice is issued by Ankara Tailor House Ltd., a registered tailoring and garment services company operating in Turkey Ankara. All bespoke tailoring work referenced in this invoice was performed at our primary atelier located in the Çankaya district of Ankara, the capital city of Turkey.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Article 30).
- All bespoke tailoring services are covered by a 90-day workmanship guarantee. Should any stitching, seam, or structural defect appear within this period, our Ankara Tailor House team will repair the garment at no additional charge. Please retain this invoice as proof of service.
- Custom-fabricated items (bespoke suits, made-to-measure shirts, and handcrafted leather goods) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the final fitting has been approved by the client, as per standard tailoring industry practice in Turkey Ankara.
- Alteration services (items 3 and 5) carry a 30-day adjustment window. If the client is unsatisfied with the fit after the first alteration, one complimentary re-adjustment is provided at our Turkey Ankara workshop.
- This invoice is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. For tax and accounting purposes, the Turkish VAT (KDV) number 1234567890 must be referenced on all corresponding payment documents.
- For any disputes regarding this invoice or the quality of tailoring services rendered, the competent courts and arbitration bodies of Ankara, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
