Early Payment Discount: A 5% discount applies if the full invoice amount is settled within 7 days of issue.
Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to outstanding balances after the due date, in accordance with Turkish commercial law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu).
Notes & Tailor's Remarks
This invoice covers the complete bespoke tailoring commission agreed upon during the client's in-person consultation at our Istanbul workshop on 2 June 2025. All measurements were taken by Master Tailor Kemal Yilmaz, and the client approved the fabric selection, pattern layout, and design specifications in writing.
The bespoke suit and traditional Turkish vest will be handcrafted over a period of four weeks in our Istanbul atelier. The client is welcome to visit the workshop in Beyazit, Istanbul, Turkey, for the final fitting and collection, or may opt for insured international courier delivery as itemized above.
All garments are guaranteed for 12 months against defects in workmanship. Minor alterations (up to 2 cm in hem or sleeve length) are included free of charge within the first 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is valid only when the invoice is presented at any Atelier Istanbul Tailor location in Turkey.
Please note that this invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) regulations. A stamped copy of this invoice, along with the VAT receipt (fiş), will be provided at the time of final collection or shipped alongside the garments.
