Invoice Notes & Tailor's Remarks
Dear Mr. Okello, thank you for entrusting Kampala Tailor & Fashion House with your bespoke tailoring needs. This Invoice reflects the complete scope of work agreed upon during your consultation at our Kampala workshop on 28 May 2025. All garments have been crafted by our experienced Tailor team using premium fabrics sourced from verified suppliers in Kampala and imported through licensed distributors in Uganda.
Please note that the three-piece suit and dinner jacket require a final fitting session at our Kampala premises before delivery. We kindly request you to schedule your fitting appointment no later than 25 June 2025. The kitenge wrap dress and children's uniform are ready for immediate collection or delivery within the Kampala city limits.
All tailoring work is guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. Any stitching defects, seam failures, or fitting issues arising from our workmanship will be corrected at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage.
Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Payment may be made via any of the following methods accepted by Kampala Tailor & Fashion House:
- Bank Transfer: Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account Name: Kampala Tailor & Fashion House Ltd., Account No: 010-456-789-001, Branch: Kampala Road
- Mobile Money: MTN MoMo / Airtel Money: +256 772 345 678 (Kampala Tailor & Fashion House)
- Cash / Cheque: Payable at our Kampala workshop, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. Please quote the Invoice number KTFH-2025-00487 in all payment references to ensure accurate reconciliation of your account.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for tailoring services rendered by Kampala Tailor & Fashion House, a registered business operating in Kampala, Uganda, under the Uganda Companies Act, 2012.
- All prices quoted on this Invoice are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of materials unless otherwise stated. Any additional alterations requested after the final fitting will be invoiced separately.
- The Tailor reserves the right to substitute fabrics of equivalent quality and price if the specified material is temporarily unavailable, subject to prior written consent from the client.
- Ownership of all garments transfers to the client only upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Kampala Tailor & Fashion House retains a lien on unfinished or undelivered garments until payment is received in full.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the tailoring services described herein shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor reserves the right to re-quote prices due to potential changes in fabric costs and exchange rates in Uganda.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and the quality guarantee policy of Kampala Tailor & Fashion House as outlined in the original service agreement.
