This Invoice is issued by Al Noor Premium Tailor, a registered tailoring establishment operating in United Arab Emirates Dubai. Payment of the full amount of 21,294.00 AED is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial regulations.

Terms & Conditions – Tailor Services1. All bespoke and made-to-measure garments produced by our Tailor team are crafted exclusively for the named client and are non-returnable once the final fitting has been approved and signed off.
2. The client shall attend a minimum of three (3) fitting sessions at our United Arab Emirates Dubai workshop located in Deira. Rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Fabric selection is the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified. Our Tailor reserves the right to substitute equivalent-grade materials if the selected fabric is temporarily unavailable, with prior written consent.
4. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement to secure the Tailor's schedule and reserve materials. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and acceptance of the garments.
5. Minor alterations (up to 5 cm adjustment) within 30 days of delivery are provided complimentary. Any structural re-tailoring beyond this scope will be quoted separately and invoiced as a supplementary Invoice.
6. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
7. Al Noor Premium Tailor is VAT-registered in the United Arab Emirates. The 5% VAT charged on this Invoice is in compliance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. A Tax Invoice can be issued upon request for corporate expense reporting.
8. Garments are to be delivered to the address specified in United Arab Emirates Dubai. The client is responsible for inspecting all items upon receipt. Any visible defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
