1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for bespoke tailoring services rendered by Blackfriars Bespoke Tailor Ltd, a registered company in Birmingham, United Kingdom. All work described herein was carried out at our Tailor workshop located at 142 New Street, Birmingham, B2 4HA, United Kingdom.
2. A deposit of 50% was received upon the initial consultation and pattern approval. The balance stated on this Invoice is due in full within thirty (30) days of the issue date. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3. All bespoke garments are made to the specific measurements and specifications agreed upon during the consultation. Once the final fitting has been approved and signed off by the client, no alterations beyond the scope of the original order will be performed without a separate written agreement and additional charge.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with any applicable price adjustments or to withhold the completed garments until full payment has been received.
5. All garments are covered by a twelve-month workmanship guarantee from the date of final delivery. This guarantee covers defects in stitching, construction, and finishing but does not extend to damage caused by improper care, accidental damage, or alterations performed by a third-party Tailor.
6. The client acknowledges that bespoke tailoring is a craft requiring significant time and skill. The estimated completion timeline of eight to ten weeks from the initial consultation is a good-faith estimate and is subject to the workload of our Birmingham, United Kingdom workshop.
7. All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice and the associated tailoring services will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our privacy policy is available upon request.
8. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
