1. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, United Kingdom.
2. Payment may be made by direct bank transfer to Sterling & Thread, United Kingdom London. Bank details: Sort Code 80-15-30, Account Number 50123456, Reference ST-2025-04871. Alternatively, payment by cheque made payable to "Sterling & Thread Tailor Ltd" is accepted.
3. All bespoke garments remain the property of Sterling & Thread, Tailor, United Kingdom London, until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared. Collection of garments prior to settlement of this Invoice is not permitted.
4. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
5. A copy of this Invoice, along with a garment care card and warranty certificate, has been provided to the client at the point of final collection from our Tailor atelier in United Kingdom London.
