1. This Invoice constitutes a formal billing document issued by Meridian Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, a licensed tailoring and garment alteration business operating in Houston, Harris County, Texas, United States. All services rendered are subject to the terms outlined herein.
2. The client acknowledges that all tailor services described in this Invoice were performed or are scheduled to be performed at our primary workshop located in Houston, United States. Fabric sourcing, pattern construction, and final quality inspection are conducted on-site by our certified master tailor and assistant seamstresses.
3. Payment is due in full by the stated due date. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance on this Invoice after the due date has passed. This fee is in addition to any applicable Texas state and Houston municipal tax obligations.
4. All bespoke and custom-tailored garments are made to the client's specific measurements. Due to the nature of tailor craftsmanship, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the initial cutting of fabric has commenced, unless a defect in workmanship is identified within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
5. Alteration services (hemming, tapering, resizing) are guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of completion. Any structural failure of stitching or seams within this period will be repaired at no additional charge by our tailor team in Houston.
6. This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must contact our billing department in Houston, United States to confirm the outstanding balance before further services are rendered.
7. All pricing on this Invoice is denominated in United States Dollars (USD). No foreign currency conversion applies. Texas state sales tax and Houston local municipal tax are calculated per Harris County tax code and are non-negotiable.
8. The client agrees that by accepting this Invoice, they consent to the processing of their personal information for billing, tax reporting, and quality-assurance follow-up purposes in compliance with applicable United States federal and Texas state privacy regulations.
