Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Late payments will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% as permitted under California Commercial Code Section 2910.
- All tailoring work is subject to a final fitting approval. The client must attend at least one fitting session at our Los Angeles workshop before final completion. Failure to attend may result in a rescheduling fee of $50.00.
- Alterations to customer-supplied garments are performed at the client's risk. Golden Thread Tailor shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or fabric degradation discovered during the tailoring process.
- Custom-made garments (bespoke suits, ties, and other made-to-measure items) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the cutting process has commenced, as the fabric is cut specifically to the client's measurements.
- A complimentary minor adjustment window of fourteen (14) days is provided after final delivery for any fit-related corrections. This includes up to one additional alteration session at no additional charge.
- This invoice is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
- Golden Thread Tailor reserves the right to update pricing for future services. All prices listed on this invoice are fixed for the scope of work described and are valid for this specific engagement only.
