Terms & Conditions
1. All tailoring services and bespoke garments produced by Golden Gate Tailor & Bespoke Atelier in San Francisco, United States, are custom-made to the specific measurements and specifications provided by the client during the initial consultation. Once construction has commenced, modifications to the design or measurements may incur additional charges at the discretion of the lead tailor.
2. This invoice covers all services and materials as itemized above. Any additional alterations, repairs, or adjustments requested after the delivery date will be quoted separately and invoiced independently.
3. All bespoke garments carry a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in stitching, construction, and fitting attributable to the tailor's workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry cleaning errors, or normal wear and tear.
4. The client acknowledges that all fabrics and materials sourced for this order were procured in compliance with United States import regulations and California state consumer protection laws. All garments are manufactured in our San Francisco atelier in the United States of America.
5. Disputes arising from this invoice or the associated tailoring services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, United States of America.
6. This invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the issue date. After this period, the invoice may be reissued with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
