Invoice Notes & Tailor Service Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Tashkent Premium Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, a registered tailoring business operating in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. All services listed herein are performed by our in-house team of experienced Tailor professionals specializing in both Western and traditional Uzbek garment construction.
2. The bespoke suit, overcoat, and chapan items require a minimum production period of 21 calendar days from the date of this Invoice. The client will be invited to two fitting sessions at our atelier on Amir Temur Avenue, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to ensure a perfect tailored fit.
3. Payment of the full Invoice amount of 13,856,500 UZS is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Payment may be made via bank transfer to our account at National Bank of Uzbekistan, or in cash at our Tashkent office. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge as per Uzbekistan commercial regulations.
4. All Tailor workmanship is covered by a 90-day quality guarantee from the date of final delivery. Any stitching defects, lining separations, or structural issues arising from our Tailor's work will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
5. Fabric and material costs are included in the unit prices listed above. Should the client wish to substitute materials after the pattern has been drafted, an additional 10% surcharge will apply and a revised Invoice will be issued.
6. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs within the Uzbekistan Tashkent textile market.
7. For any disputes regarding this Invoice or the Tailor services rendered, the parties agree to resolve matters through the Tashkent City Arbitration Court in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
