Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This invoice is issued by Atelier Sastre Caracas, a registered professional tailor and custom garment workshop located in Venezuela Caracas. All services rendered are subject to the terms outlined herein.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% in accordance with Venezuelan commercial law (Código de Comercio).
3. All custom tailoring work is made to the specific measurements and specifications provided by the client. The tailor reserves the right to request additional fittings if structural adjustments are necessary to ensure optimal fit and craftsmanship.
4. Fabric and materials listed in this invoice are sourced from certified international suppliers. Any substitution of material must be approved in writing by the client prior to commencement of work.
5. A warranty of six (6) months is provided on all custom-made garments against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage. The client is advised to follow the care instructions provided by our tailor team.
6. All alterations and repairs are guaranteed for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If any stitching or seam fails within this period, our Venezuela Caracas workshop will perform the correction at no additional charge.
7. This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document in the Republic of Venezuela. For any disputes regarding the services described, the competent courts of Venezuela Caracas shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Please retain this invoice for your records. A digital copy has been sent to the email address on file. For questions regarding this invoice or your tailoring order, please contact our Venezuela Caracas office during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
