Invoice Notes & Tailor's Remarks
This Invoice is issued by Saigon Elite Tailor, a licensed bespoke tailoring establishment operating in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. All garments listed above have been handcrafted in our atelier on Nguyen Hue Boulevard using traditional Vietnamese tailoring techniques combined with Italian construction methods.
The client is advised that all bespoke items are made to order and are non-returnable once the final fitting has been approved and signed off. Minor alterations (up to 3 cm in hem or waist adjustment) are included free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Any further modifications will be quoted separately by our tailor team.
Fabric samples and measurement records are retained in the client's personal file at our Ho Chi Minh City studio for a period of 24 months, allowing for future re-orders or additional bespoke commissions without the need for a new full measurement session.

Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Saigon Elite Tailor (hereinafter "the Tailor") and the client for the bespoke garments and services described herein. All work is performed at the Tailor's premises in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Vietnamese commercial law.
3. The Tailor guarantees workmanship on all bespoke items for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, structural failures, and material faults but does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry-cleaning errors, or normal wear.
4. All personal data collected during the measurement and fitting process is handled in compliance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP. Client measurements are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to defer payment beyond this period, a written amendment must be executed by both parties.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the People's Court of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
