Notes and Terms Regarding This Invoice1. This invoice covers all Teacher Primary services rendered between April 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, within the jurisdiction of Japan Kyoto. All instructional hours were logged and verified by the supervising principal at each assigned school.
2. The Teacher Primary professional listed on this invoice holds a valid Japanese Teaching License (Category 1, Primary Education) issued by the Kyoto Prefectural Board of Education and is registered with the Japan Teachers' Association, Kyoto Chapter.
3. All services were delivered in accordance with the Japan Kyoto Municipal Education Ordinance and the national MEXT guidelines for primary school instruction. No additional fees apply for standard classroom materials provided by the institution.
4. The consumption tax rate of 10% reflects the standard Japanese national tax applicable to educational service invoices issued in 2025. The 2% Kyoto Prefectural Education Surcharge is mandated by local regulation for all Teacher Primary engagements funded by municipal budgets in Japan Kyoto.
5. Should the client require a revised or corrected version of this invoice, written notice must be submitted to the billing office within 14 calendar days of the issue date. After this period, the invoice is considered final and binding.
6. This invoice does not include travel expenses between schools in different wards of Japan Kyoto, as all assigned locations fall within the standard service radius. Any future engagements requiring inter-prefectural travel will be itemized separately.
7. The Teacher Primary services described herein are non-transferable and non-refundable once the instructional period has commenced. Partial refunds for early termination of the contract are subject to the terms outlined in the original service agreement (Contract No. KYO-EDU-2025-112).
