Invoice Terms & Conditions – Teacher Primary Services, Myanmar Yangon
1. Payment Terms: This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Dr. Aung Kyaw Min at CB Bank, Yangon Main Branch, Myanmar. Account No: 001-2345-6789-012. Please reference Invoice Number INV-YGN-TP-2025-0047 on all remittances.
2. Late Payment: A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance on this Invoice beyond the due date of 30 June 2025, in accordance with Myanmar commercial practice.
3. Scope of Teacher Primary Services: All Teacher Primary services described in this Invoice have been delivered in full compliance with the Myanmar Ministry of Education guidelines for primary education in Yangon. The Teacher Primary provider warrants that all instructional materials, curricula, and assessment tools developed under this engagement are original and free from intellectual property infringement.
4. Cancellation & Revisions: Any request for revisions to the Teacher Primary deliverables must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately at the standard Teacher Primary consultation rate of MMK 30,000 per hour.
5. Governing Law: This Invoice and all associated Teacher Primary service agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Yangon, Myanmar before proceeding to litigation.
6. Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
