4. Any disputes regarding the services described in this Invoice must be raised in writing within 14 calendar days of the issue date. Auckland Primary Education Services Ltd. reserves the right to withhold further Teacher Primary services until all outstanding balances are settled.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand.
