2. The Teacher Primary service provider holds a valid South African Council for Educators (SACE) registration number (SACE/2019/448721) and is fully qualified in Primary Education (B.Ed. Primary, University of Cape Town).
3. All instructional content and curriculum materials developed under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Teacher Primary provider unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
4. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the South African Income Tax Act and the Value-Added Tax Act. The Teacher Primary provider is registered as a VAT vendor with the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with jurisdiction vested in the High Court of South Africa, Cape Town Division.
6. The Teacher Primary services described herein are subject to the school's code of conduct, the South African Schools Act (Act 84 of 1996), and all applicable Department of Basic Education regulations for the Western Cape province.
