Terms & Conditions – Teacher Primary Services, United Kingdom Manchester
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the employment and service agreement between Manchester Primary Education Services Ltd. and St. Aldate's Primary Academy, both registered in United Kingdom Manchester. The Teacher Primary services described herein are governed by the United Kingdom's Education Act 2002 and the Manchester City Council Local Education Authority regulations.
- All Teacher Primary services are delivered in full compliance with the United Kingdom Manchester safeguarding policies and the Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines.
- The Teacher Primary holds a valid Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate, as required for all primary education professionals operating in United Kingdom Manchester.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom Manchester, in accordance with English law.
- Rate adjustments for the Teacher Primary role will be communicated no less than 60 days prior to the start of a new academic term, in line with United Kingdom Manchester education sector pay scales.
- This Invoice constitutes a final statement of charges for the period specified. No additional fees will be incurred beyond those itemised above unless a written amendment is agreed by both parties in United Kingdom Manchester.
