Invoice Notes & Remarks
This Invoice covers all Teacher Secondary services delivered by Dhaka Teacher Secondary Academy during the month of May 2025 in Bangladesh Dhaka. All Teacher Secondary instructors are certified by the Bangladesh Council for Teacher Education (BCTE) and hold valid secondary-level teaching credentials.
The Teacher Secondary services include a minimum of 22 instructional days per subject per month, with each session lasting 45 minutes. Laboratory sessions for Science subjects include full safety equipment and consumables as per Bangladesh Dhaka educational board standards.
Please note that any additional Teacher Secondary services requested beyond the scope of the original engagement agreement will be invoiced separately. This Invoice is valid for payment within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh commercial law.

Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is subject to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement dated 01 May 2025 between Dhaka Teacher Secondary Academy and Green Valley Secondary School, Bangladesh Dhaka.
2. All Teacher Secondary services are non-refundable once the instructional period has commenced. Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days in writing.
3. The Teacher Secondary instructors retain intellectual property rights over all lesson plans, examination papers, and curriculum materials developed under this engagement.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
5. This Invoice constitutes a legal document for tax and accounting purposes in the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Retain a copy for your institutional records.
