Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the employment and service agreement between the Teacher Secondary (Selamawit Tesfaye) and the Addis Ababa City Education Bureau, Secondary Education Division, effective from 1 January 2025 through 30 June 2025.
2. All services described in this Invoice were rendered at the Addis Ababa Secondary School campus located in Bole Sub-City, Ethiopia Addis Ababa, in full compliance with the national curriculum standards set by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Education.
3. Payment of this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service contract.
4. The Teacher Secondary confirms that all instructional hours, examination duties, professional development activities, mentoring sessions, and material development tasks listed in this Invoice have been completed to the satisfaction of the school administration and the Addis Ababa City Education Bureau.
5. This Invoice is subject to the tax regulations of the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA). The VAT and withholding tax figures are calculated in accordance with the prevailing tax laws of Ethiopia as of the date of issuance.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the internal grievance mechanism of the Addis Ababa City Education Bureau before escalation to the relevant judicial authority in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
7. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of services rendered for the referenced period. No additional charges shall be applied beyond the amounts stated herein unless a formal amendment to the service agreement is executed in writing by both parties.
