Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the procurement guidelines of the Ghana Education Service and the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by Act 914. All Teacher Secondary services rendered under this Invoice have been delivered in the Greater Accra Region, specifically within the Accra Metropolitan, Ga West, and Ga East Municipal districts.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank – Ecobank Ghana, Account Name – Accra Secondary Education Consultants Ltd., Account Number – 0012-3456-7890-1, Branch – Osu, Accra. Please reference Invoice Number INV-GHA-2025-0047 on all remittances.
3. The Teacher Secondary services outlined in this Invoice were performed between 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025. All deliverables, including curriculum documents, workshop attendance registers, examination papers, mentoring reports, and the research report, have been submitted to the Accra Municipal Education Directorate and acknowledged in writing.
4. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month in accordance with Ghanaian commercial law and the terms of the service agreement (Contract Ref: GES-ACC-2025-TRN-091).
5. A copy of this Invoice must be submitted to the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Accra Regional Office for tax compliance verification. The VAT and withholding tax figures stated herein are calculated in line with current GRA regulations applicable to professional education services in Ghana Accra.
