Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via electronic bank transfer (SPEI) to the following account:

All payments are subject to the tax regulations established by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) of Mexico. Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers Teacher Secondary services rendered exclusively within the jurisdiction of Mexico Mexico City, in compliance with the Ley General de Educación and the regulations of the Secretaría de Educación Pública.
2. All Teacher Secondary personnel listed under this Invoice hold valid certification from the Centro de Estudios y Servicios para la Profesionalización Docente (CESPD) and are registered with the local education authority in Mexico Mexico City.
3. The services described herein are non-transferable and are bound to the academic calendar of the 2024–2025 school year in Mexico Mexico City. Any modifications to scope require a written amendment to this Invoice and the master service agreement.
4. The client acknowledges that this Invoice has been reviewed and approved by the procurement department of the Secretaría de Educación Pública, Delegación CDMX, prior to the commencement of services.
5. For disputes or clarifications regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through the administrative courts of Mexico Mexico City in accordance with Mexican federal law.
