Invoice Notes
This Invoice pertains exclusively to Teacher Secondary services rendered during the Spring 2025 academic term within the Turkey Istanbul metropolitan education district. All instructional activities were conducted in compliance with the Ministry of National Education (MEB) regulations governing secondary-level instruction in Turkey.
The Teacher Secondary program referenced in this Invoice encompasses classroom teaching, curriculum design, laboratory supervision, student evaluation, and professional development activities specifically tailored to secondary education standards in Istanbul, Turkey. Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Turkey.
2. All Teacher Secondary services described herein were performed at the designated secondary school locations within the Turkey Istanbul jurisdiction as specified in the original service contract dated 01 September 2024.
3. The VAT rate of 20% applied on this Invoice is consistent with the standard value-added tax rate in force in Turkey as of the date of issue. The 5% withholding tax has been deducted at source as required by Turkish tax legislation for service providers.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Teacher Secondary service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
5. This Invoice must be retained by the recipient for a minimum period of ten (10) years in compliance with Turkish tax record-keeping obligations.
6. The Teacher Secondary services are non-transferable and non-refundable once the instructional sessions have been delivered. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled session date.
