3. This Invoice is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Ivory Coast. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abidjan.

5. All work has been completed and accepted by the client's designated representatives. Site Acceptance Test (SAT) certificates are attached as supporting documentation.
