Payments should be made via bank transfer to Nepal Telecom Engineering Solutions account at Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch.
Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
This Invoice is valid for the services rendered between October 1, 2024, and November 10, 2024.
Any disputes related to this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, as per Nepalese law.
All Telecommunication Engineers deployed for this project hold valid certifications from recognized institutions and NTA-registered credentials.
