2. Due Date: Payment is due within 30 days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance in accordance with Qatar commercial regulations.
3. Currency: All amounts are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR). This Invoice is subject to Qatar VAT law at the standard rate of 10%.
4. Service Validation: All Telecommunication Engineer services have been completed and verified as per the project specifications agreed upon for Qatar Doha infrastructure development. Signed acceptance certificates are available upon request.
5. Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the charges.
