- Warranty: A 12-month warranty is provided on all engineering designs and supervision services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but excludes damage caused by force majeure or third-party interference.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Tanzania.
