Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments may incur a penalty interest rate of 0.5% per day as per the Civil Code of Uzbekistan.
Service Warranty: All engineering services and installations are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers workmanship but excludes damage caused by force majeure or third-party interference.
Scope of Work: The services described herein were performed by qualified Telecommunication Engineers licensed to operate in Tashkent and the wider Uzbekistan region. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a Change Order.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services provided shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Tashkent City, Uzbekistan.
Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days. If payment is not received within this period, a new Invoice may be issued.
