Scope of Services – Translator Interpreter Engagement in Argentina Buenos Aires
This Invoice covers the professional Translator Interpreter services rendered by Meridian Language Solutions S.A. for the client's business delegation visiting Argentina Buenos Aires during the period of June 2 through June 13, 2025. The Translator Interpreter was engaged to provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in English-Spanish (Rioplatense dialect) for all formal meetings, contract negotiations, site inspections, and social functions held in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area. The Translator Interpreter also performed document translation services, including the certified translation of commercial contracts, technical specifications, and regulatory filings required for the client's joint venture registration with the Argentine Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores). All Translator Interpreter services described in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client's representative, Mr. David Richardson, as confirmed by the signed service completion certificate dated June 13, 2025. The Translator Interpreter engaged for this project, Lic. Carolina Vega (Certified Translator Interpreter, CUIT 27-34567890-1), holds a valid professional license issued by the Province of Buenos Aires and is a registered member of the Cámara Argentina de Traductores e Intérpretes.
Any dispute regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Argentine Central Bank (Banco Central de la República Argentina) for overdue commercial obligations. This Invoice is governed by the commercial laws of the Argentine Republic and, in the event of international disputes, by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The competent jurisdiction for any legal proceedings arising from this Invoice shall be the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Meridian Language Solutions S.A. reserves the right to issue a credit note or amended Invoice in the event of a documented error. The client acknowledges that all Translator Interpreter services were performed in Argentina Buenos Aires and that the applicable Argentine tax regulations, including the 21% IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado), have been correctly applied to this Invoice as required by the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP).
