Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice covers all Translator Interpreter services rendered between 1 June 2025 and 14 June 2025 at the specified locations within Australia Brisbane. All services were delivered in accordance with the terms of Contract TIS-QLD-2025-0091.
- All Translator Interpreter personnel engaged for this engagement hold current NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) certification at Level 3 or above, and have undergone mandatory Working With Children Check and National Police Check as required for services in Australia Brisbane.
- GST is applied at the standard Australian rate of 10% in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations. A Tax Invoice is issued as this amount exceeds the $75,000 threshold for GST registration.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.
- All Translator Interpreter sessions were conducted under strict confidentiality obligations in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Queensland Health Privacy Policy. No patient-identifiable information has been retained by Brisbane Language Bridge Pty Ltd beyond the period required for quality assurance review.
- Should you require a detailed itemised breakdown of individual Translator Interpreter assignments, staff names, or session timestamps, please contact our billing department at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of this Invoice date.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the early payment discount will no longer apply and the full amount of $15,534.45 AUD will be due without reduction.
