Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by LinguaBridge Professional Services Ltd. for professional Translator Interpreter services rendered in Bangladesh Dhaka during the period of 10 June 2025 to 15 June 2025. All Translator Interpreter assignments were conducted in accordance with the service-level agreement (SLA) dated 01 May 2025 between both parties.
The Translator Interpreter services described in this Invoice include on-site interpretation, remote video-conference interpretation, certified document translation, and multilingual event support. All interpreters assigned to this engagement hold recognized certifications from the Bangladesh Institute of Translators and Interpreters (BITI) and possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in their respective language pairs.
Please note that the early payment discount of 2% applies only if the full Invoice amount is settled on or before 20 June 2025. After this date, the standard due date of 30 June 2025 will apply, and the discount will be automatically removed from the total.
All services were performed within the Bangladesh Dhaka metropolitan area. Any travel beyond the 25-kilometer radius of Dhaka city center would have been billed separately at a rate of 150 BDT per kilometer, though no such charges apply to this Invoice.
