Scope of Services – Translator Interpreter Engagement in Belgium Brussels
This Invoice covers the professional Translator Interpreter services rendered by Brussels LinguaBridge Services SRL on behalf of the European Commission during the period specified above. All Translator Interpreter assignments were conducted at the client's premises located in Belgium Brussels, as well as at designated conference venues within the Brussels-Capital Region. The Translator Interpreter team provided simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, as well as certified document translation, across the official working languages of the European institutions. All services were delivered in full compliance with the contractual agreement signed on 15 May 2025 and in accordance with the professional standards established by the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) and the Belgian Federal Government's regulations on certified translation in Belgium Brussels.

Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date (i.e., no later than 30 June 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed in the header of this Invoice. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-BRU-0487 in all correspondence and payment instructions. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate of 10% per annum in accordance with Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, Book XVII). In the event of a dispute regarding any line item on this Invoice, the client is requested to notify Brussels LinguaBridge Services in writing within 10 business days of receipt. All services described in this Invoice were performed in Belgium Brussels and are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Belgium Brussels.
Additional Notes
1. All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this engagement hold valid professional certifications recognized by the Belgian Federal Government and the European Commission's Directorate-General for Translation.
2. Travel and accommodation costs for the Translator Interpreter team within the Belgium Brussels metropolitan area are included in the hourly rates specified above. No additional travel surcharges apply.
3. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Belgian electronic invoicing regulations (Peppol BIS 3.0). A digital copy is available upon request.
4. The Translator Interpreter services described herein are subject to strict confidentiality obligations as outlined in Annex C of the master service agreement. No client data, session recordings, or translated documents may be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
5. Should the client require additional Translator Interpreter support beyond the scope of this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued within five business days of the additional service delivery.
