Service Description
This Invoice covers the provision of certified Translator Interpreter services rendered by Horizon Language Services PLC for the Amhara Regional Development Authority. The Translator Interpreter engagement was conducted in Ethiopia Addis Ababa over the period of May 5, 2025, through May 30, 2025. The Translator Interpreter was responsible for facilitating multilingual communication across Amharic, Oromo, English, and French during official government meetings, international donor briefings, and bilateral diplomatic sessions held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conference facilities in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Ethiopian commercial law. Payment may be made via bank transfer, certified cheque, or direct deposit to the account listed above. All transactions are processed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Translator Interpreter services delivered in Ethiopia Addis Ababa as specified in Service Agreement No. ARDA-2025-0112.
- All Translator Interpreter services were performed by certified professionals registered with the Ethiopian Language Services Board and meet the minimum competency standards for government and diplomatic use.
- The Translator Interpreter engaged for this engagement maintained strict confidentiality in accordance with the Ethiopian Data Protection Proclamation (No. 1196/2020). No session content, documents, or recordings shall be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Translator Interpreter services shall be resolved through mediation in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Addis Ababa City Administration.
- Horizon Language Services PLC reserves the right to suspend further Translator Interpreter services in Ethiopia Addis Ababa should payment not be received by the stated due date of July 12, 2025.
- This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable regulatory or tax changes in Ethiopia.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are inclusive of the Translator Interpreter's professional fees but exclusive of VAT and the service surcharge as itemized above.
