Terms and Conditions – Translator Interpreter Services Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 1 July 2024 between Accra Linguistic Solutions Ltd. and West Africa Trade & Development Corp. for Translator Interpreter services in Ghana Accra.
- All Translator Interpreter services listed in this Invoice were performed at the client's designated venue in Ghana Accra and have been accepted as satisfactory by the client's project coordinator.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month on the outstanding balance as stipulated in the Ghanaian Commercial Code.
- The Translator Interpreter services described herein are subject to strict confidentiality. All documents, recordings, and verbal communications handled by the Translator Interpreter during the engagement in Ghana Accra remain the exclusive property of the client.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1998 (Act 596) of Ghana.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice before processing payment.
- All rates quoted in this Invoice are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of the Translator Interpreter's professional fees but exclusive of VAT and applicable withholding tax as indicated above.
