Terms & Conditions – Translator Interpreter Services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur
This Invoice is issued by KL Linguistic Solutions Sdn. Bhd. for professional Translator Interpreter services rendered in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The following terms govern this engagement:
- All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this project hold certified credentials from the Malaysian Association of Translators and Interpreters (MATI) and meet the professional standards required for corporate and governmental engagements in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- The Translator Interpreter team shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proceedings, documents, and verbal communications encountered during the service period. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) was executed prior to the commencement of services.
- Simultaneous interpretation equipment, including soundproof booths, headsets, and digital consoles, is provided and maintained by KL Linguistic Solutions. Any damage caused by the client or third parties in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall be billed separately.
- Should the Translator Interpreter be required to work beyond the scheduled hours stated in this Invoice, additional charges at the agreed hourly rate shall apply, subject to prior written approval from the client's authorised representative.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in suspension of ongoing Translator Interpreter services and escalation in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated 15 March 2025.
- All services are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Translator Interpreter engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
- KL Linguistic Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Translator Interpreter with a qualified equivalent of the same or higher proficiency level, provided that the client is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
