Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by LinguaBridge International Translation Services Ltd. for professional Translator Interpreter services rendered in Russia Moscow during the period specified above. All services were performed by certified, native-level Translator Interpreter professionals with a minimum of ten years of experience in English-Russian simultaneous and consecutive interpretation.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until full settlement is received. Payment must be made via international wire transfer to the account details specified in the Invoice header.
3. All Translator Interpreter services listed in this Invoice were conducted in compliance with the professional standards set forth by the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) and the Russian Federation's regulatory framework for translation and interpretation services operating in Russia Moscow.
4. The client acknowledges that the Translator Interpreter professionals assigned to this engagement in Russia Moscow are independent contractors of LinguaBridge International Translation Services Ltd. and not employees of GlobalTech Industries Corporation. No employment relationship is created by this Invoice or the services described herein.
5. All materials, documents, and information shared with the Translator Interpreter team during the Russia Moscow engagements are subject to strict confidentiality. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) was executed on May 28, 2025, and its terms remain in full force and effect independent of this Invoice.
6. Should the client require additional Translator Interpreter hours, extended coverage, or supplementary interpretation services in Russia Moscow beyond the scope of this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued within five (5) business days of the additional service delivery. Rates for such additional services shall not exceed the per-hour rates specified in this Invoice.
7. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow, Russia, in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
8. The client is requested to reference Invoice Number LB-MSK-2025-00847 in all correspondence and payment remittances related to this document.
