Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (Contract No. NW-TR-2025-0031) governing all Translator Interpreter engagements between the parties for events held in Russia Saint Petersburg.
- All Translator Interpreter services were delivered in full compliance with the professional standards set forth by the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) and the Russian Federation's Federal Law on Translation Services.
- The Translator Interpreter team assigned to this project in Russia Saint Petersburg consisted of certified professionals with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in their respective language pairs.
- Any late payment beyond the due date specified in this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- All services rendered in Russia Saint Petersburg were subject to the applicable local regulations, venue access protocols, and security requirements of the International Business Expo organizers.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Translator Interpreter services described herein. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond the amounts listed unless a written amendment to the contract is executed by both parties.
