Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between Al-Nakheel Language Services LLC and the client. All Translator Interpreter services described herein were performed in Saudi Arabia Jeddah and are subject to the terms of the master service agreement dated 01 May 2025.
2. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with Saudi Arabian commercial law.
3. All Translator Interpreter personnel are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. No recordings, transcripts, or notes from interpretation sessions conducted in Saudi Arabia Jeddah may be reproduced or distributed without written consent from both parties.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice to confirm the outstanding balance.
