Scope of Services – Translator Interpreter Engagement in Senegal Dakar
This Invoice covers the professional Translator Interpreter services rendered by LinguaBridge Professional Services for the client's multi-stakeholder conference and bilateral negotiation sessions held in Senegal Dakar between June 2 and June 12, 2025. The Translator Interpreter was engaged to provide real-time consecutive and simultaneous interpretation across French, English, Wolof, and Pulaar languages. All interpretation duties were performed on-site at the International Conference Centre, Almadies, Senegal Dakar, ensuring seamless communication among delegates from fourteen (14) participating nations.
The Translator Interpreter also provided pre-event document translation, including the translation of 340 pages of technical briefing materials, contractual annexes, and policy white papers from French to English and vice versa. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Translator Interpreter services in Senegal Dakar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Dakar.

The Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement, Mr. Ousmane Fall, holds a certified degree in Translation and Interpretation from the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar and is a registered member of the Senegalese Association of Professional Interpreters (ASPI). All interpretation and translation work performed under this Invoice was carried out in strict compliance with the confidentiality agreements signed prior to the engagement.
The client acknowledges that the Translator Interpreter services in Senegal Dakar were delivered in full and to the professional standard agreed upon in the Master Service Agreement dated April 10, 2025. No further interpretation or translation obligations remain outstanding under this Invoice.
