Terms and Conditions of this Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Translator Interpreter services rendered by LinguaBridge Professional Services (Pty) Ltd in South Africa Cape Town during the period of 2 June 2025 to 11 June 2025.
- All Translator Interpreter services were delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) dated 20 May 2025, which is incorporated into this Invoice by reference.
- The rates quoted reflect professional Translator Interpreter fees for certified interpreters holding credentials from the South African Institute of Professional Interpreters (SAIPI) and the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC).
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days from the Invoice date. Late payment will incur interest at 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in compliance with South African commercial law.
- All services were performed in South Africa Cape Town, and the client acknowledges that the Translator Interpreter team operated in accordance with local occupational health and safety regulations and the Western Cape provincial guidelines for event staffing.
- Confidentiality: All Translator Interpreter personnel are bound by non-disclosure agreements. No content interpreted or translated during engagements in South Africa Cape Town shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Cape Town District Court, South Africa, in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions of the governing contract.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable adjustments.
