Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within 15 calendar days from the issue date (30 June 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Please reference Invoice No. LB-2025-00487 in the transfer description. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 4/2013 on measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions.
Notes & Terms of Service
1. All Translator Interpreter services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the professional standards set by the Il·lustre Col·legi de Traductors i Intèrprets de Catalunya (ICAP) and the European Union's common translation quality framework.
2. The Translator Interpreter services were delivered exclusively within the metropolitan area of Spain Barcelona. Any services rendered outside this geographic scope would have been subject to additional travel surcharges as outlined in our master service agreement dated 01 January 2025.
3. Confidentiality: All materials, documents, and verbal communications handled by the Translator Interpreter during the engagement are subject to a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) executed prior to the commencement of services. This obligation persists for a period of five (5) years following the completion of the engagement.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Translator Interpreter services rendered during the period of 03 June 2025 to 16 June 2025. No further charges will be issued for this engagement unless a formal change order is signed by both parties.
5. In the event of any discrepancy or query regarding this Invoice, the client is requested to contact our billing department in Spain Barcelona within ten (10) business days of receipt. Disputes not raised within this period shall be deemed accepted.
