Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025, making the final due date 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of BridgeLink Language Services Ltd., Bank of Khartoum, Branch: Nile Corniche, Sudan Khartoum. Account No: 0042-8871-3356-001. SWIFT: BKRTSDKH.
- A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Sudanese commercial regulations applicable in Sudan Khartoum.
- All Translator Interpreter services described in this Invoice have been completed and accepted by the client as of 12 June 2025. No further adjustments to the scope of work are anticipated.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the Translator Interpreter engagement. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate Invoice.
Important Notes
Please note that all Translator Interpreter services were conducted in compliance with the professional standards set by the Sudanese Association of Professional Interpreters and Translators, registered in Sudan Khartoum. The Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement holds a valid professional license (License No: SD-INT-2014-0231) and has completed all required security clearances for operations within the Sudan Khartoum metropolitan area.
The client is advised to retain this Invoice for their financial records and tax reporting purposes in Sudan Khartoum. A digital copy of this Invoice has also been transmitted to the client's designated finance email address. Should any discrepancies be identified, the client is requested to contact the billing department within seven (7) business days of receipt of this Invoice.
