Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice covers all Translator Interpreter services rendered by GlobalBridge Language Solutions Co., Ltd. during the period of June 2, 2025, through June 15, 2025, in and around Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. All Translator Interpreter professionals assigned to this engagement hold certified credentials from the Vietnam Association of Translators and Interpreters (VATI) and possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in the relevant industry sectors.
- All on-site Translator Interpreter services were conducted at the client's designated locations within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City unless otherwise noted.
- Travel time between service locations within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City is included in the billed hours.
- The Translator Interpreter for the trade conference (Item 2) was provided with a dedicated simultaneous interpretation booth and equipment as per the service agreement.
- Certified translations (Item 3) have been stamped and signed by the Translator Interpreter and are valid for legal and governmental use in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and nationwide.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable rate adjustments.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Translator Interpreter services as described herein. The client acknowledges receipt of all services rendered in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City during the billing period.
2. All Translator Interpreter services were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025, between GlobalBridge Language Solutions Co., Ltd. and Apex International Trading JSC.
3. The Translator Interpreter professionals engaged under this Invoice are independent contractors of GlobalBridge Language Solutions Co., Ltd. and are not employees of the client.
4. Confidentiality obligations apply to all information exchanged during Translator Interpreter engagements. The Translator Interpreter is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement for a period of 24 months following the completion of services.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
6. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All services were performed in compliance with Vietnamese labor, tax, and business regulations applicable to the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City jurisdiction.
